1) what is the minimum quantity on full dye jerseys, partials and hat orders?
The minimum quantity on full dye jerseys is 4.
Partials and Hat order do NOT have a mimimum quantity.
2). After I complete my order will I be able to order ADD ON APPAREL at a later date?
Yes. We keep all our artwork on file.
You will be able to order any piece that you may need at a later date whether it be for full dye jerseys, pants, hats, and or partials.
3)when will my order arrive?
Full Dye Jerseys - 3-5 weeks turnaround time after artwork is approved and invoice has been paid.
Partials - 5 business days after artwork is approved and invoice has been paid.
Hats - 2 weeks after artwork is approved and invoice has been paid.
4) do you charge shipping?
Yes. Shipping is calculated on how much your package weighs. We only charge you the face value cost of shipping.
5) Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified within 24 hours after placing your order.
6) what is the order process for Full dye jerseys?
-Contact us for YOUR quote
- When you are ready to proceed with your order, the design process will begin, where we will discuss with you the color schemes, logos, and overall design that you are looking for.
- We will then send you a mockup. After mock up artwork is approved, we will begin the production process.
7)WHAT IS THE ORDER PROCESS FOR hats?
-Call, email, or text us to get a quote on your hat order. From here we will gather what color scheme, type of embroidery, and style of hat you are interested in.
8) WHAT IS THE ORDER PROCESS for partials?
-Call, email, or text us to get a quote on your partial order. From here we will determine what shirt color, design, and logo (team or business) you desire.
